Missing queries

Hi,
I'm a new user, so apologies if I'm missing something basic. I'm running eggnog mapper from http://eggnog-mapper.embl.de/. My submitted fasta file has 4597 entries. The first time I ran it, it reported 4232 queries were scanned. I reran it (same fasta submission file) and the second time it reported 4362 queries were scanned. I don't know why some queries are missing or why a different number get scanned each time. Is this supposed to happen?
