Wiki links are improperly generated #59

When a wiki URL is generated, the result is incorrect.

This is an example of incorrect link:

https://github.com/myaccount/myrepo.wiki/blob/master/MYFILE.md?plain=1#L2

I'm actually not sure what the new correct form is - this directs to the rendered page:

https://github.com/myaccount/myrepo/wiki/MYFILE

which is not exactly the same thing.
