Add 1Password as a Keyring option

Problem Definition

Node operator teams need to duplicate key entries manually to 1Password or other KMS

Proposed Feature

I noticed this PR to add 1Password as a keyring option. This would be a great addition to the SDK as it will help with the secret management within infra teams.
