mousewheel doesn't work properly with jquery 1.7 #14

i tested the script with the latest version of jquery and the input value doesn't increment when mousewheel up event is triggered, also it can't be disabled with "mousewheel: false".

gotta same issue with jquery 1.7, mousewheel does not work properly; no issues in previous version
