Jennifer has recently returned from long term leave and had her IDIR re-activated recently. However, she has not been able to sign in to PDP (getting "Login error! You do not have active PeopleSoft HCM account or not authority to access” message). PSA IT Services has confirmed that everything looks to be correct on their end, and I could locate Jennifer's profile in the PDP employee list. Please check for her information in the backend to see if it's a mismatch with what's supposed to be the current data highlighted above. Please advise on how we can have this resolved, if it's proven to be IDIR mismatch, her other PeopleSoft applications are working fine, and her IDIR was validated on Sep 5.

There is no login info for EE144423. GUID, email, and employee ID matches in the user profile and employee demographics.
I looked further into the stored info in PDP for EE 144423, and found that the IDIR info are blank. The IDIR info captured on login isn't being written to the user profile.
Based on discussion that there were issues with IDIR prior to PDP sign-on. This may be a timing issue on when the IDIR was resolved and the PDP sign-on time.
If user can retry signing on to PDP using IDIR and take screen shots of error message, if possible.
