Reports column in the Current Employees report displays a date for some users

Issue from prod
Downloaded the current employees report for BC PSA from Sys admin -> Employee List -> BC PSA -> Export
Notice that the Reports column displays a date for some users.
Expected result is to display the direct reports number eg: 5/0
When searching these employees on the current employees page, the reports data is displayed correctly, so issue is in the excel sheet
