GPT-Researcher could benefit from integrating some of the workflow automation features present in AI-Scientist. This enhancement would streamline the research process and improve overall efficiency.

I see these points:

  1. be able to execute code to analyze data
  2. present data analysis in the repport
  3. publication style (latex-based)

Those are features we can learn from AI Scientist

One way to do that would be to utilize
a) Quarto - incl. code execution blocks
b) Pandoc: Markdown -> Latex -> PDF
