Running Trivy in Azure pipelines can't use globs

Question

I need your assistance please.
I am struggling to exclude certain file/directories in a solution.
The errors is still being picked up. Not sure if there is something wrong on my side but can't find any documentation around azure pipelines setup that needs to be done.
This is the code in the pipeline :

• task: trivy@1
  displayName: trivy scan worker build
  inputs:
  path: /src
  options: --skip-files "**/*.Tests.csproj"
  severities: "CRITICAL,HIGH"
  The files/directories and all under /src/abc.Tests - > /src/abc.Tests/abc.Tests.csproj
  I want to exclude all .Tests from scanning.
  Is there something that I am missing
