Gets it for any available platforms. This is the least elegant of the grabbers - there is no API used, we just ask for "latest" and have no way to list versions.

Now need to be able to ask for "all" os/machine/bits.

Could the open source VSCode repo be a good source for grabbing valid version numbers?

Using the API now to the GitHub repo, so we confirm the version exists.

Still need to get "all"
