Doesn't work when remote shell is tcsh #3

When trying to use Rush against an account that has a shell of tcsh, I get the error:

Pushing credentials
Ambiguous output redirect.
M=: Command not found.
M: Undefined variable.
Exception Rush::SshTunnel::SshFailed -> Rush::SshTunnel::SshFailed
