Include labels for IdP Urls in the UI.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I've added multiple Okta Idp URLs into the UI for different AWS accounts. Since the URLs are very similar, it's difficult to determine which IdP URL to attach to each session.

Describe the solution you'd like
When creating or updating an IdP URL, include a field for add an associated label to describe the URL.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Trail and error.
