Describe the bug

As reported by Ana Carrasco (NorESM) via email, several fields in the mesh-cap netcdf output interface have incorrect units. They should be in deg and not rad. These fields are PDIR, PDI and PDP, THM, THS and THP0.

This has no impact on standalone WW3 output, since the capability is only used by the dev/ufs-weather-model branch.
