Agreement description & notes text not wrapping

After creating an agreement with populating the description and notes text areas with the maximum amount of characters, the text doesn't wrap on the read only version.

Expected Behavior

Text should wrap based on container width.

Current Behavior

Text either extends past the width of the screen (description) or forces the user to horizontal scroll to see all content (notes).

Possible Cause

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new agreement.
2. Enter the maximum amount of characters allowed in the 'Description' and 'Notes' text areas.
3. Create agreement.
4. View agreement details.
