Seeing this in the logs:

cookies deprecated "secureProxy" option; use "secure" option, provide "secure" to constructor if needed at node_modules/cookie-session/index.js:114:19

It's possible that setup will need to be done to properly set secure on cloud.gov, see the secure docs for more information.
