User story:
As a Smart Hub developer, I want the options that display in the "Who is this activity for?" dropdown to be pulled from the database rather than coded into the UI, so that they can be more easily updated if necessary.

Acceptance criteria:

  • the UI code for the non-grantee options is removed and replaced with code pulling the options from the database

Exclusions:
