Just routing googleapis/google-cloud-dotnet/issues/5156 here, where it belongs. (It can't be actually transfered because the repos are under different orgs.)

Existing Dialogflow samples have been removed (#1287) because thay are currently unsuported, so it's unlikely that we'll be adding new ones soon.
Eventually new relevant samples will be added, but for now I'll close this issue.
