Store release (tag) creation timestamp

We need to be able to search by latest releases. This means we need to store the timestamp of releases (git tags) and the field searchable. Currently there is no way in git to remote pull this timestamp. Operation may be -> remote list tags -> if tags differ from db, shallow clone, set tags/timestamps.
