Replace AlphaFoldDetails component with functions for retrieving the details

Goal

Instead of having a somewhat rigid AlphaFoldDetails component which displays some information in a predefined format, it would be better to have a function (or many functions) to retrieve the same information in programmatic way, so the user could display it in any way they see fit.
