Objectives:

Rewriting the AeroRust NMEA 0183 parser as specified/discussed in AeroRust/nmea#9.

Motivation:

There are a few Rust NMEA parsers out there, all with their nice little advantages and features, as the one AeroRust is providing currently has the most downloads on crates.io it makes sense for it to support as many features and use cases as possible.
