A fly-down "flash message" should appear from the top of the screen when temporary information must be displayed or an error event occurs.

Examples of such information includes:

Text is successfully copied to clipboard.
User's games list is being downloaded (after logging in).

Examples of such errors include:

Unable to download user's games after logging in (usually because profile is private).
Unable to find game in ranking via tracking link.
